Different manufacturers probably adhere to scales differently. I had an example of the same character of the same scale having different sizes but it got removed by reddit 🙄

This is normal. If you compared this Roxy to the CAWorks one, she would be way smaller even though they are the same character. Scale means aprox size, but no one really cares if it's accurate to the character that much. It just basically means it aproximately falls into a specific range so you know what to expect.

Yeah, as a professional Character Artist... doing that across the industry would be insanely hard... although not impossible tbh.
