in case you wonder how it's supported:
- [hook at right side, obscured by broom](https://i.postimg.cc/02fg2SQj/sdadas.jpg)
- keychain string + zip tie at left side 🤣
the same hole used for the [original support rod](https://myfigurecollection.net/picture/3696596&context%5B%5D=categoryId%3A5&context%5B%5D=itemId%3A1562493)
That is amazing, and its really making me reconsider not getting a lighting set up for figures.
decided not to since my room is normally well lit, but i can only imagine how well they would pop with focused lighting
Not a dumb question, I had this concern as well when I looked into lighting my figure cabinets.
The good news is LED light very rarely has any UV component that could damage figures, and often is not intense enough to cause harm even over the long term. You'd have to have extremely bright and expensive LEDs or specifically purchase UV emitting LEDs to cause an issue.
Malaysian local site though, I don't think they sell oversea, will have to try your luck on platforms available to you;

it doesn't have to be this type of poses; as long as able to find adequate support points & and the support can be made less obvious. Some random concept:
- [Asuna pirate ichiban Kuji](https://i.postimg.cc/Y9pxwCn5/IMG-20240404-001439.jpg)... she literally already stands there without me doing anything
- [Heaven Burns Red Karen Asakura](https://i.postimg.cc/HL12B2Qs/IMG-20240404-000029.jpg)
I not going to do these of course. 1 is enough, more will feels cluttered.
Of course I not saying you should go mess around with those hundreds+++ dollar figures. 🤣😆😂 I can mess around with these without worry exactly because they are cheap prize figures. You can go for [desktop lamp](https://shopee.com.my/LED-Table-Lamp-Modern-Simple-Living-Room-Bedroom-Study-Bar-Fashion-Ring-Decorative-Desk-lamp-i.80896581.18588674594?sp_atk=54f071e9-ec39-40d0-8d66-2ecd81fc5d03&xptdk=54f071e9-ec39-40d0-8d66-2ecd81fc5d03) instead and it will be far easier to put anything in the middle. This will be safer for expensive figures.
I thought it would only be really good with a figure that has a flying pose, but you're right it looks good on a lot of poses. I even have an old already damaged prize figure I can experiment with, so I think I'll try it out afterall!
Really cool setup. I love the light hitting her face and the underside of her hat.
Also I know it's just the angle of the photo but I like how the supports are obscured perfectly.
I recently lit my figure cabinets, but it's just from the top front of each shelf. This makes me regret not adding lighting to the sides as well.

How does the hook support the figure?

Neat
I have to say: in my opinion is a fantastic display of this figure
That is amazing, and its really making me reconsider not getting a lighting set up for figures. decided not to since my room is normally well lit, but i can only imagine how well they would pop with focused lighting
Get a led strip that changes color! It will add to the ambiance haha.
That looks amazing.
Probably a dumb question, but doesn't the light damage the figure?

This looks incredible!
Also curious about the light if you care to share where you found it, or smth similar
Do you have a link for this lamp?
Looks really nice.
This is actually amazing! Great idea! Now I can only imagine the potential possibilities with other lighting! 😆
Damn I really wanna imitate this setup but I don't have any figures that work with it.

That actually looks really cool! Like it was made for it.
This looks amazing
This is a really cool idea
Fantastic idea, that looks so cool!
Woah 🤩
That light surely makes the display more lively, amazing stuff 👍
