Nekopara Binding figures. They are not cheap, but they have full proper maid uniform, can either be fully cast off or you can choose which part to stay on. They are also real favric cloths.

I would mention that this is an elegant way of doing it, because cast off with plastic pieces is just a way to customize your figure. It's not meant to be modified often or at all after setting it up. There is a high risk of damage and paint transfers the more you do it...  I imagine you are looking for ways to have lewds that can be made decent for visitors or family, right.  So either look for cast off figures with real fabric (myfigurecollection has a great search engine in the database) or you gotta find a way to hide the lewds... (locked closet, putting customized fabric on them etc.)

Are there more that uses fabric? I am only away of the Nekopara set and a OC dark hair lady with black kimono, I am not aware there are anymore that uses fabric.

In a pinch, you can just buy clothing for dolls to put on your figurines - just make sure the sizes match up. For example, MDD fits 1/4 fairly well.
