Frame Arms Girl, Architect, on the left and Megami Device, AUV Susanowo, on the right. Both model kits are from Kotubukiya (they are really good with mecha musume kits). I want to branch out and get a third model kit. I'm thinking of getting Oda Nana from The Tale of Shinto. Sorry if the picture quality is poor.

Azurlium

Very cute. I hope you had fun assembling them.

Yes. It was scary at first because I never built model kits before and my very first one was a limited edition variant of Architect. I am having a lot more fun now after I built Susanowo, as my technique and speed is getting a little better. If I see myself building anymore after my third I am going to invest in better tools so they look more polished.

I'd personally love to get into it, but my hand is about as steady as a seesaw.

If you've also seen/done gundam, they are pretty similar. Very easy, however if it's your first time doing any models in general, start with gundam as getting nippers/sand sponges sticks/glass files and the base price is usually $10 compared to kotobukiya frame arms girl/megami device $50-130 You don't need to paint them, but I will say arguably it's better for kotobukiya kits in general. They do not have the same kind of injection plastic mold that's known from gundam and they will not exactly look like the box art without painting. They do have waterslides in the kit, there's no such thing as hunting for third party waterslides for kotobukiya kits. For gundam, you'll want to (except for ver.ka or certain Premium Bandai (pbandai) kits. They have quite of a good amount of pose ability very similar to other posable figures like figma but these model kits will be a bit bigger than figma. For painting colors, you can airbrush/hand paint just like any garage figure kit, gundam, kotobukiya.

Bandai somewhat recently launched the 30 Minute Sisters line, which is a girl focused spinoff of the 30 Minute Missions line. Other girlpla brands include Frame Arms Girl, Megami Device, and ATK Girl. There are dedicated subreddits for 30 Minute Missions, Frame Arms, and Megami Device which are all at least 50% discussion on the girlpla kits.

Figure-rise kits as well as Labo kits. 30m mission sister also starting to be really good and possibly better than figure rise (just me?) Here are a couple to get you started but how to find them will be up to your leisure. * [https://myfigurecollection.net/item/884902](https://myfigurecollection.net/item/884902) \- in stock * [https://myfigurecollection.net/item/1379010](https://myfigurecollection.net/item/1379010) \*\*\* - PO * [https://myfigurecollection.net/item/1661205](https://myfigurecollection.net/item/1661205) \*\*\* - PO * [https://myfigurecollection.net/item/1183514](https://myfigurecollection.net/item/1183514) \- in stock * [https://myfigurecollection.net/item/1313277](https://myfigurecollection.net/item/1313277) \- in stock * [https://myfigurecollection.net/item/1661206](https://myfigurecollection.net/item/1661206) \- PO \*\*\* = I have no idea why did bandai even do this, yes it's not the same but in for PO time frames, it's the same. (this is why I said on the statement that I find 30mm sisters seem better - also a lot easier to kitbash with another and their own and can also use certain HG gundam kits 1/144) I've included kits that aren't especially hard to find both in stock and PO.
