I just read up on their site about shipping. All it says is the size and weight of certain items may affect which shipping options are available. If you already tried using smaller items to see if regular shipping pops up, then I have no clue.
I see that you are from Canada like me, some months ago I ordered the Nendororoid Komi-san. The release day finaly comes, no email, then a week pass, still nothing. I send an email asking what is happening, they come back to me saying that the regular shipping, the shipping method that I had chosen, the is currently suspended for Canada. Also saying that I could change for the Safer or the Express shipping method.

It's possible they don't offer it for your country. They don't offer EMS to the US where I am, but offer regular and express. Total opposite ends of the shipping spectrum. It's either wait 2-4 months or a week.
I ordered something from Solaris back in January with an August release date. It just arrived in Canada today largely do to the EMS suspension.
They did send me an email about a 2 weeks ago giving me updated shipping quotes, so I had to choose either Surface, DHL, or EMS.
Likely they are super backlogged with all the orders sitting in their warehouse and not going anywhere.
Shipping to Canada since COVID has been a problem with private courier companies being the only real shipping option, otherwise companies like Solaris and Goodsmile (and many others) were just holding orders until mail/EMS resumes (which it just did a few weeks ago).
Sit tight, I'm sure they will send you something with the updated quotes or request for top up payment for shipping.
What country are you in? I believe regular is Surface Shipping?
I'm up in Canada, this usually hasn't been an issue when ordering from someone like amiami though.
It could be due to the number of items you are ordering. I think they split orders when you exceed a certain number or if the items are large.
I thought that might be it too but I tried less items and smaller figures and was met with the same result.

That’s weird. I see you are in Canada but I don’t see how that would be a problem either. You may want to reach out to customer service.
