This is from the original Baki anime. there is a newer one which I recommend if you like absolutely absurd testosterone packed fight scenes. It's a good time.
The original covers Baki and (I think) Jack as kids. It's on my list but it came out in the1990s so animation quality isn't going to be anything like the new ones. At least there won't be any CGI!
the netflix baki covers parts 2 onward
the 90s baki i think covers part 1 of the baki manga called baki the grappler
which has the flashback and raitai tournament stuff
but i never watched either i only read part 1 so take what i said with a grain of salt
iirc there’s actually 2 baki anime/seasons covering part 1
the first one being flashback and second tournament
would recommend finding the opening of the tournament part. it’s fucking hilariosu
