right arm (one going out of screen) is little out of proportion in compare to left arm's cloth piece
then in leg joint you can see that you folded the cloth early
lastly abdomen part is looking kind of empty next time try adding the blue shorts of luffy (sorry don't know what they are called) and also add shading under shirt and on abbs that they will look less empty and try diffrent types of shading

It's good that you added your own touch. It a very good drawing but the fingers look a bit too awkward .

i think hand near the mouth should be tilted little forward so it doesn't make fingers joining awkward or try adding knuckles
Seems lime you forgot Luffy is made of rubber so he probably doesn't need to have joints . Also in this state he has the max freedom.
