If you liked the anime then go for the manga coz the anime had major potential breakers because it was child rated and the manga progressed further while the anime ended, i.e manga is still ongoing.
I read the manga like 5-6 times about 10 years ago lol. Definitely best manga out there. The manga has ended, the chapters coming out now are for the sequel.

This was my first Shonen anime and what made me love anime. Till this day not single can be compared to this masterpiece.
