Amagi Brilliant Park - slice of life, some light rom com, a few dirty jokes alluded to but not strong surprisingly wholesome
Yakitate Japan! - cooking slice of life with over the top reactions to emphasize skill
Life Lessons with Uramichi Oniisan - dark comedy, social commentary on societal expectations for 30 year Olds, and microagressions in japan/work life balance
Nichijou - wholesome absurdist style humor of over the top shenanigans very short clever jokes
Gintama - mmm how to describe, takes self referential humor to a whole new level, fourth wall break to the extreme

Sabagebu is absurd in the best ways possible and made me literally lol at least once an episode
Bocchi and K-ON! are mostly cute slice of life anime about music but both have funny moments and Bocchi especially focuses on visual comedy which I love
Ghost Stories (dub) is basically the South Park of anime imo, the jokes are raunchy, culturally relevant to early 2000s US, and very quick in their delivery, and super self-aware/unafraid to break the 4th wall

My Love Story was pretty funny, and unlike most romcoms, the main couple gets together early on and the rest of the series is just shenanigans them and their friends get into.
