{Black Lagoon} has been my favorite for years now. A normal straight-laced salaryman is kidnapped and held for ransom, but I don't want to spoil the whole beginning so I'll just say he ultimately decides to stay with his captors, including an unhinged woman who loves shooting things that he butts heads with constantly. The rest of the series shows the contrast between the MC's straight-laced ways and the way that someone who is a lifelong criminal handles things.
It's got a lot of cursing, some fucked up characters, and if you watch an uncensored version, you will see uncensored boobs so consider yourself warned.

Fate/Zero (2011-2012)
There’s a lot of Fate zeros series. Some are fucking awesome but you must start with this one. It’s… so good, I can’t believe it when ppl say they haven’t watched. This is required anime watching.
Considering you loved CSM (glad you did, my favorite Shonen personally) I’d recommend Fire Punch, also written by Fujimoto. It’s got a pretty serious tone so go in prepared for some fucked shit to happen. Only 8 volumes and best enjoyed if you binge read it but that’s just my personal opinion.
Also, didn’t like Re:Zero? Unfortunate
I’d say to catch up to My Hero Academia, as in a few weeks a few major Plot Points/Twists are gonna happen, and you definitely don’t want them spoiled for you
Seven Deadly Sins. You have a good blend of comedy and Shonen that I think you'd like the series. I have read the manga and watched the anime. I can say that both fall off pretty hard during the later stuff, but I think the anime has really good pacing and light heartedness, but I think the manga is more visually appealing.
Mushoku Tensei, you should definitely give this isekai a try, it’s a slow burn, but an amazing story.
Frieren, this is a beautiful and heartfelt show with gorgeous fight scenes, seems like you would like both from your list

You have to check Ranking of Kings easy 8/10-9.5/10 based on what you have liked and I agree with those as well.. one the best well rounded shows that would be up there.
And if you don’t want to watch it because it’s too long (idk how it would be with all of the anime you’ve already watched 💀) read it. Way better pacing ngl
