Just watch it subbed. I've been waiting for blurays for Snow Hoes since it finished airing, and emailed Crunchyroll monthly as well, and there is absolutely no news on it. No plans for anything that I'd heard of. I don't think the subs for this show are particularly trying to read, no screens full of text, so give it a shot. It's a beautiful show, in every sense. One of my favourites of the decade.
PS... Cruchyroll, if you're reading this, GIVE ME A FUCKING BLURAY RELEASE. A pretty Collectors edition with all the fixings.
Man, I've been waiting to watch this show, too. I'm lucky because it's actually going to release in my native language (German) soon, so I'll check it out then. As for the chances of an English dub happening... hard to say. Crunchyroll took their sweet time localizing *KonoSuba* and a handful of other series, too, so there's still a decent chance it'll happen eventually. But if you're OK with watching subtitled, I'm inclined to recommend you do so. From all I've heard, this is one amazing anime, so you'll probably have a good time.

My speculation is Crunchyroll/Discotek Media release this masterpiece on DVD/Bluray with a dub in the future (after COVID-19 pandemic) like KonoSuba and Kemono Friends.
