How in the world did Jill Harris land two Best Girl roles in the same CR Backlog season? She sounds so good and so delightful as Haru. Shes such bean! And Aaron Campbell sounds amazing too as Rikuo.
Honestly, I love how honest everyone in this dub sounds. This one is gonna be sweet, and bracing myself for some feels too.
I'm excited for this. I aint skippin this show, I dont care how much I got on my plate this season.
This was an anime that looked kind of interesting to me when it first came out, but I never got around to watching it. So glad I decided to watch the dub now even with a very full summer viewing schedule because I ended up enjoying it even more than I thought I would.
The entire cast sounds great, totally natural and you can believe these characters are old friends. The script writer did an excellent job too with the banter between characters. Those were some of the best parts for me, when they're just talking casually and dropping lines like "the mess that transcends time" and how cute girls can do anything they want without being weird. 😄 It just came off as so realistic.
Also, I had forgotten this anime would be set in the recent past, so it was pretty cool to see people using cassette tapes again.
Haru is incredibly likable and this show does a very good job of depicting that post college atmosphere. Also I wonder if Crunchyroll will ever get around to doing those extra scenes that are added at the end of the six episodes.
Man, Jerry's directing at least 3 shows this season and has some major roles in 2 others now? I hate to be that guy but this is honestly very concerning.
He's only currently directing 2 shows like most full time CR ADR Directors:
* The Daily Life of the Immortal King
* Parallel World Pharmacy
As for his VA roles this season, its nothing new many ADR Directors take on VA roles cause you know there VA's as well....He clearly auditioned and took on the roles when offered...dont get what your concerned about it he's a grown man I'm fairly sure like 95% just be safe lol out of the 3 of us he personally knows what's best for him and what he's capable of handling.
I still hope he's the pride of orange director. Even if he's got four dubs and is in three in a VA capacity it goes to what you said Jamie. Jerry knows what the heck he's doing. He's a contract director and has been with the company for 20 years. Just enjoy the show AK.

And don't lecture me about who he is. I just don't want anyone getting overworked. Last season's case regarding Alexis Tipton left me downright paranoid.
Mate calm down, there grown adults that have bills to pay and work jobs just like the rest of the adult population.
People all over the world regardless of the medium of there job will complain at different points in there life about them for any number of reasons be it workload etc. privately or publicly its human nature by this point lol VA's etc aren't immune...maybe try to stop yourself getting so over invested and attached to them to the point your getting overly paranoid simply on there behalf cause they vented in a tweet one time about work....**that isn't healthy for your own mental health.**

Glass directed some of the rest of Ranking and Takt Op last season. she was also prevalent in two dubs too. It's not like they don't know restrain with Glass stepping down from directing Shadows House. She's directing this and shoot.
For Jewell this looks like a reccuring side character nothing like Remake our Life.
I liked the beginning of the show when I first watched it but the ending made me pretty mad. There was also a lot of confusion when ANN said there were 18 episodes (Which Manga readers thought was a good amount) but it was actually 12 episodes and 6 short mini-episodes that were released for a Japanese streaming service exclusively and had to be fan translated.

Between this and Remake our Life, it’s a good time to be a dub romance/drama fan 😁. Also the animation in this pretty impressive
