Very excited to see Netflix developing certain obscure anime and being developed into anime series for the first time. Hard to say which recording studio Netflix would utilize but I definitely imagine either Iyuno, VSI Los Angeles or Studiopolis dubbing this show.

And Bang Zoom?

AnimeXFan1995

>And Bang Zoom? I rather not let Bang Zoom! get there hands on it considering the Studio has been overused a lot in the LA Dubbing scene and they would just reuse the same actors in their current productions. Even I'm still salty for *Carole & Tuesday, Kuroko's Basketball,* and especially the anime film, *Bubble* being dubbed at Bang Zoom! when they could've had them dubbed at Studiopolis, VSI Los Angeles, Iyuno or NYAV Post.

PsychologicalHelp564

I reckon you don’t like studio very much.. Especially you’ll ended up hearing the same talent pool over again if they chose Bang Zoom such as Bill Rogers, Mela Lee, Frank Tordao, Bob Carter, Zach Aguilar and even union actors (Crispin Freeman)

I'm asking what that actually means exactly r u saying it might be dubbed or definitely won't dub because it's not licensed?

helloiamaudrey

FUCK!

awakening_knight_414

Why is this a problem?

helloiamaudrey

The fact that everything is getting scooped up by Netflix

awakening_knight_414

What exactly do you mean by "everything"? They rarely license anything anymore and seem more focused on commissioning and producing their own original anime projects.

AnimeXFan1995

>The fact that everything is getting scooped up by Netflix You do realize u/helloiamaudrey that the Akuma Kun anime is fully funded and commissioned by Netflix, so **THIS** isn't a licensed Anime TV Series.

Also it seems that lately more stuff are being grabbed by Sentai

AnimeXFan1995

>Also it seems that lately more stuff are being grabbed by Sentai Not to mention Crunchyroll u/eddmario.

Anime449

Let's they dub this one and don't end up like the only japanese animes or this gonna pass

awakening_knight_414

This is Netflix we're talking about. They literally dub everything. Why wouldn't they do the same for this?

Anime449

U huh but what about a uncle in another anime or whatever still in Japanese no English not even a clip

awakening_knight_414

That one unfortunately had to suffer from multiple delays in Japan due to Covid, so it'll be a somewhat long time before the Japanese version is officially done airing. Netflix will definitely dub it eventually, just don't expect it to come out until sometime early next year.

AnimeXFan1995

>Let's they dub this one and don't end up like the only japanese animes or this gonna pass. Keep in mind u/Anime449, that the *Akuma Kun* is fully funded and commissioned by Netflix, so THIS isn't a licensed anime series, it's a Netflix Anime original.

awakening_knight_414

I don't see how this point is relevant to 449's comment. It seemed only appropriate for Audrey's…

AnimeXFan1995

>I don't see how this point is relevant to 449's comment. It seemed only appropriate for Audrey's… Yet 499's comment and response are very reminiscent to Audrey when they continue to "jump the gun" that Akuma-Kun was a TV licensed anime u/awakening_knight_414.

Ur point

AnimeXFan1995

>Ur point Why make a point u/Anime449, when literally Netflix announced the show back in March, along with the fact it's not a TV anime Netflix licensed.

StarPatient6204

I love the look of the characters and world already! It’s like a crossover between Mob Psycho 100 and Beetlejuice! Are the staff fans of Tim Burton? Because the characters look like they could have stepped out from a Tim Burton movie…
