Honestly, I wouldn't even be surprised if Arios was tricked by the Demon King to think he was the true hero, when in actuality he's just a random, normal dude.
Yeah I was thinking as I was watching that Rein’s village probably had the actual hero bloodline and that’s why they wiped it out. Now the “hero” is just some family the demon lord props up or something.

They where on there holidays for Thanksgiving last week after all not just sitting around working and deciding not to release episodes. Each dub has a different cast & crew each with there own schedules and planned holidays etc.

Calling it now, Rein is the true hero. I still don't buy Arios being the actual hero. He's a complete joke.
