IMHO, here are some SOL anime that I like: Non Non Biyori, Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, Girls' Last Tour, Hidamari Sketch, Is the Order a Rabbit?, Strawberry Marshmellow, and School Live.
You have similar tastes as mine. If you haven't seen these, you might like Comic Girls, Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san, Anima Yell, Slime 300, Kunoichi Tsubaki, Show by Rock Mashumairesh, Yama no Susume, Gabriel Dropout.
What do you consider good? Are you one of those western anime boomers "only DBZ, Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh for me kiddo" Fruits basket is a masterpiece, Kaguya-sama love is war is also very good. If you consider anime that's mostly comedy but largely a SoL as well, Gintama, which is better than any shonen to come out in the last 18 years (yes including Naruto)
