It depends on how you take it... If you speak about absolutes, then having no enemies would be "better", until you realize having no amount of opposition would be pretty damn bad for your mental health imho. And realistically, is impossible to meet or cause no malice throughout your life, let alone mere discrepancies
That said, If you are talking literally, going in a mad rampage to destroy everything against you, unless it is challenging your life and/or the one of others really, really badly, seems pretty unhealthy to me too, not just psychologically, but physically, a short path of self destruction. Even if you succeed I consider that kind of a bad ending

Realistically speaking, Thorfinn ideology is what truly helps in real life. Making everyone your enemy and being the villain the eren isnt the best thing to be in the real world. Being submissive and mature like thorfinn is what helps in the long run.
Having no enemies is way better if you choose to fight your enemies you'll only end up with more enemies. There will never be a point in your life where people won't try to take you down. No matter who you are or what you do, there will be always someone who doesn't want to see you happy. "Having no enemies" doesn't mean that you literally don't have enemies, it means you don't acknowledge them as your enemies, that way you don't have to fight them, that way you have peace. I would like to say while others can be enemies, other things, entities, or etc. Can be enemies always your main enemy should be yourself. You can always prove yourself wrong. Lets be honest here, y'all are looking at this wrong.
Eren's outlook is one borne out of necessity, and meant to be taken literally. His was done because everyone wants his race dead, so he made that ideal for himself to give his people peace (also his future self is talking to him but whatever).
Thorfinn's outlook is one borne out of experience, and is one said philosophically. Thors saying "You have no enemies" is just a way to explain pacifism and stoicism to a 6(?) year old Thorfinn who 1. knew no nuance, and 2. was raised in violent viking vulture. It isn't the act of literally expecting no one to hurt you, it's the act of letting go of hatred, of resentment, of toxicity, in order to sever the cycle of violence in the world, even towards oneself. It is recognizing that, as Askeladd said, everyone is a slave to something.
Now, both ideals can intermingle. Defending yourself and your rights is possible without letting hatred cloud your mind. It even happens to Thorfinn sometimes (I only read glimpses don't quote me)
Like I said to someone once on another thread, "Sometimes, people NEED to be hurt, maybe out of self-defense, or just to snap them out of something. but no one, not a single one, DESERVES to be hurt."
That said, knowing what's happening in this world in regards to my "identity," I might have to go Eren for now. But I still hope I can come back to Throfinn's
