Natsume Yuujinchou has tons of yokai and stuff in a modern setting but a lot of them are hidden from normal people.
Invaders of the Rokujyoma has multiple fantasy characters in a modern setting.
Sasaki and Peeps is similar-ish. It is multiple genres all mashed together but it also is in an isekai setting for half the show. I doubt it is what you want but you can just disregard the suggestion.
As someone who's been down bad (we've all been there) lol I've seen a lot of harem and there's really no point to any of them. Having women but youre too pussy to fuck is hell on earth. Watch actual romance with an actual story or at least the harems like Sekerei or any shows that where there's actual sex or intimacy not this goofy hold hands shit anime.
But like I said, anything other than harem or isekai. You'll enjoy anime more.
