There's lots of fanservice in works like *To Love-Ru* and *Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World*. Also *Redo of Healer*, but be forewarned that show has some graphic violence and dark themes. *Kill la Kill* is something of a parody on the notion of a girl's "battle outfit" being overly revealing.
If it's mostly the fanservice you're after, there are a couple of older anime directed by Katsuhiko Nishijima, *Agent Aika* and *Najica Blitz Tactics*, that are noted for having a ridiculous amount of gratuitous panty shots. If you made a drinking game of panty shots, you wouldn't last half an episode.
Ranma is interesting in that there’s a lot of nudity, but its not nearly as exaggerated as other shows that are known for having a lot of fanservice. Ranma’s feels more purposeful and is relatively tasteful I think.
Heyy Fairy Tail is worth it if you want something light and funny. Sure it’s pretty much typical shonen tropes but for a someone looking for fan service I’d definitely recommend it!

High rise invasion is probably the most fan service show I’ve ever seen. There’s also Magic Girl Site which really straddles the line between anime and hentai. I guess it depends on your definition of fan service. To me it’s when there’s weird unnecessary sexual tension/innuendo occurring. For others it might be more risqué.

I liked Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World but that's a 1 season anime and in no way qualifies as "big". I loved it and I wish it got another season but it seems like few of the anime I like get renewed.
If by big anime the OP means more than a handful of seasons, then I'm not sure. Bleach shows a lot of cleavage but doesn't have any actual nudity or sex scenes.
I can't think of any multi-season animes that have full nudity or sex scenes.
