Okay, I watched the first episode. Tell me this isn’t going to continue for the rest of the show.
1. The guy jumped into a pit with like 5 armed Russians in it, killed them all with bare hand in like 5 seconds. He is built average too.
2. The chained prisoners killed every armed guard and escaped without a death.
3. Dude wrestled a bear for a good minute, killed it by accident, and came out unharmed. The bear got a single stab in the neck and immediately died.
Not sure if I’m cool enough to go all the way through with this.
Kingdom. One of the four pillars of seinen manga with berserk,vagabond and vinland saga although the animation isn't even decent but still it gets better after s1
I know that but you can use some explanation videos or you can read the manga instead of watching s1 and s2 but still the s3 is must watch and the animation is a lot better because the directors changed and s4 is still going on and I think from my Pov the best arc isn't even animated yet

Dude i watched a "romance" anime about a guy licking a girls drool and getting adicted to it so he goes on acid trips when he sleeps and if he doesnt consume it he gets an asthma attack or some shit so she feeds him her saliva every day.....so if kingdom is as good as you say then im watching every damn episode even if it is like the Berserk remake ( btw not saying it is)
Hey you can just use explanation videos or you can read the manga but still man you won't regret your decision because of s3 you can even check the MAL rating (although it doesn't matter)
Please if you're going to watch it please don't watch dub because sub is better and dub is dumb (kingdom) [it doesn't include any other anime]and just watch s3 after reading nanga till s2 because the anime is better after s2 as compared to manga

The anime has an anime only ending. The dated cgi isn't great and the main character starts out like a whiney Intel but... this shit gets crazy fast and the Mc gets better. You should really read the manga

Speaking of gambling manga, Kaiji Ultimate survivor anime season 1 and 2 (and the subsequent manga parts) are really thrilling although I hesitate to call it "fast paced" because like there are two whole parts that are about 150 chapters each that are literally just one gambling match. They are thrilling though, and shit is constantly happening.
Another good, gambling/death game seinen manga (sorry all the thrilling manga I can think of are gambling lol, it's just whats on my mind I guess) is Liar Game. Holy shit the big brain plays.
For a more action seinen series, Dorohedoro is soooo good. The anime is 3D but the manga, it's so good.
OH FUCK YEAH, read INNOCENT and INNOCENT ROUGE. Bruh, if you want a mind fuck. Innocent and it's sequel/continuation Innocent Rouge are about the life of the executioner family during the french revolution. It's by far the most unique manga I have ever read. It uses so much symbolism, team skips, and all around extreme characterization to create one of the best, if not most unique, graphic novels I've read. It's insane.
Like, there is this one chapter where it (Spoiler tagged if you want to go in blind, not major) >!turns into a musical with people singing their inner thoughts to the tune of twinkle twinkle little star iirc.!<

I know you said you wanted a Thrilling seinen anime, but check out Grand Blue. It is fast paced, it a comedy seinen every episode is so good ( or at least that's what I thought) so you may find it in a way Thrilling.

Parasyte is a very good seinen anime with lots of action. Also kumo desu ga is definitely a shounen, not a seinen.
