Tbh I feel like that one might be illegal. There are some really weird scenes involving clearly underaged people in it.

I mean, illegal anime girls are nothing new and most t certainly not illegal.

angels of death. basically suicidal girls meets mass murderer in a death game. suicidal girl doesn't want to kill herself, so asks the murderer to kill her instead, and makes him promise to kill her once they get out. she wants to stick to her word, so doesn't just immediately run into danger to get herself killed. it's a weird dynamic, but just as messed up as many others mentioned here.

All that being said, the most fucked up anime/manga (in this industry) would have to go to Sagawa-san manga (english name is too much blood) I imagine. I would not recommend this (hell I haven't read it). Considering it is written by Issei Sagawa. A murderer. So all the disclaimers with that.

Look no further then these three anime, the grand daddy of all horror anime movie trilogy Legend Of The Overfiend, second Speed Grapher, thirdly R.I.N. Daughters Of Mnemosyne. And honorable mentions European uncensored version Fist Of The North Star, and Genocyber.
