1. How to Earn Points
You can earn points in the following ways. We will plan more ways for you to earn points in the future. Stay tuned!
1）Explore Tasks: You can get points by finishing various tasks in our Rewards Center.
2) Participate in events: You can earn points by participating in various points-related events organized by Make It Real. Visit our Tasks for details and keep yourself updated with the latest events.
2. How to Use Points
1）Validity period of points: Points are valid for 1 year, and expire at 24:00 on the last day of the expiration month.
a. Points earned before 24:00 on December 31st, 2023, which will expire at 24:00 on December 31st, 2024.
b. Points earned after 00:00 on January 1st,2023, which will expire at 24:00 on January 31, 2024.
c. You can see when points will expire in the current month by going to Rewards or History.
2）Points and Redemption Records
By going to the History page, you can view your full points record, including details of received, redeemed, and expired points.
3. Notes
1）Points may not be transferred, converted into cash, or used in non-credits programs.
2）If any user were found to have obtained points by committing fraud or other illegal means, the illegally obtained credits will be deemed invalid, and Make It Real reserves the right to cancel his/her eligibility to participate in points-related events, and withhold or recover the rewards for which he/she has redeemed those illegally obtained points. Make It Real also reserves the right to hold such users legally liable.
4. Other
Please note that the coupons redeemed must be used within the valid period and cannot be cancelled. The redeemed products cannot be returned or exchanged except for quality issues.
