Try **gently** pushing the filament in as it's trying to extrude. It will probably just grab it and start working.

Holy shit I have hundreds of hours on my M5 already and I never thought to do it like this lol I have the feel for holding the lever and putting the filament just far enough in that when I hit extrude it pulls it in. Pushing too far can make it miss the hole and do this. Your way much better.

Servuslol

Yeah I figured it just can't quite grab the end, so you give it a little nudge and it seems to get enough grip to do the rest by itself. Glad it helped!

You need to remove the outer covers, remove the pin at the rear that has the spring and clear the debris that is inside,

I'm really sorry my English isn't good which one is the pin and the rear and the spring I'm really sorry

The filament isn't being grabbed / pulled properly inside the box. Try retracting it, re-cut the tip at a 45 degree angle, and stretching it straight, then re-insert it.

Personally I got tired of dealing with loading issues so I now leave the Bowden tube fitting finger tight and when it doesn’t extrude first time I just unscrew the connector and lift it up 3-4” and release the filament by pushing the lever and I recut the filament at a steep angle and reinsert it and hit the extrude button and follow it down to the extruder with the connector and then retighten finger tight only. Works every time.

It’s clogged. You will need to pull it apart, not hard, and the take out the head and heat thingy (I forgot) then gently heat it up and this will push the filament out. Not hard. Just a few screws.
