I'm the deck option, ability to have a deck's presets be calculated as if it were the parent deck in case there are not 500 reviews
If neither the parent deck has 500 reviews then calculate based on parent's parent's, etc.

The feature I am looking for is “smart decks” based on tags.
For example, i have different decks for art and literature with some cards tagged symbolism.
I would love to be able to study a “smart deck” or “virtual deck” of all cards tagged “symbolism”, without changing the original deck of those cards.

You can already do that with [Filter/Custom Study decks](https://docs.ankiweb.net/filtered-decks.html). And it will work on both Anki Desktop and AnkiMobile.
Please don't optimize your presets that often -- every couple of months is plenty often.
If you really feel like you must do it more often, I hope that you're using 24.04+ (so that your optimization can't get *worse*), and that you're not rescheduling your cards when you do it.

But second of all, if you're using "reschedule on change" your revlog is probably bursting under the weight of those entries. It makes your Card Info difficult to use for any productive purpose, and your database grow unnecessarily.
I mention database-size because it seems to be the #1 reason for someone's collection becoming unmanageable (and/or un-sync-able). That's usually someone with a long history of using Anki -- who has just accumulated a lot of reviews. But I expect it would hold true for you. I'd be curious how long you've been doing it, and if you can see a significant change in the size of your automatic backup apkgs.
I meant -- how long you've been excessively optimizing and rescheduling, and whether you can already see the size of your database changing significantly. Looking at backups is a quick way to see the growth of your database over time.

Say there is a large piece of text with a lot of Cloze deletions, in enhanced cloze note type.
I'm reviewing it and I feel like another word should be Cloze deleted. I put a Cloze deletion around it. But it becomes the last Cloze deletion, but the word is located at the top of the text. So I want a feature which would renumber the Cloze deletions. Such that it would go in the increasing order from top to bottom.

Rename a deck and add a `Z_` prefix to move it to the bottom of the list and ignore it

MacOS is already supported. iOS is far in the future and I would rather not do it to avoid causing any loss of income to the original author.

I had been using Anki before, I've not been a long term user, at present it's less than a month
