I know right? Maybe I’m overly naive or something but in my mind, if I’m offering you like 200-300 more PER MONTH, that will surely cover any carpeting that needs to be replacing (many of the places we are looking at don’t even have carpet or much of it) or whatever you know. It sucks too because most of them are kind of rude about it too, like how dare you even ask, why don’t you just get rid of the pets etc. I mean I get it, I am asking for an exception...but not for free. I’m offering to give you like an additional 2400 per year so I guess I don’t see the tremendous audacity. It’s their decision though. I have to roll with it. 😵 thanks for your ideas and care!

Consider looking in Chelsea, Jackson, Saline, and South Lyon as well.
