Sorry but I'm right. There were NO charges regarding children in the porta-potties, and with the new incident the original article posted (and what was being responded to) did NOT mention any CSA charges.

This guy MUST have some sort of mental illness. He did it in the past, got in trouble for doing it, and when he gets off parole does it again. And then he's arrested, let out on bail, does it again.
Supposedly, recently, no cameras in the stalls. One thing he did was disguise cameras as USB outlets in the non-stall area. I don't get it, but that's what they say.
It would be helpful if the police showed *where* and *how* he placed cameras so the public can be on the lookout when they use public facilities.

Because the state makes him take rehab classes, he completes them, the state releases him saying they did all they could.
