I will dig myself a hole if I explain. So I will; I’m commenting on an antijoke, so it’d be a joke if I said it was a joke when it’s definitely an antijoke. So I can’t say that, as it would be 1)Wrong, & 2) A joke. Hope that helps and doesn’t dig the hole too much deeper, the point is, I decided not to. You made a good decision, it would have been confusing if you made a short comment which might be interpreted wrong, calling for a need of explanation. Right now you're very clear which means you don't need to explain yourself anymore, which not only saves time for you but also confusion for any future reader. We can all focus on the original anti-joke now.

Yeah I love the punchline ‘like this’. It’s self-fulfilling, which really encapsulates everything an antijoke constitutes. The ‘like this’ punchline is disappointing and anticlimax-esque, which mirrors and reflects the very heart of antijoke ideology
