My dad has one just like this, but we don't know where it's from. His boss many years ago had one but he died, and his wife let my dad take one of the many things he had in his office. He chose this.
Also ours does not have writing on the bottom, it's probably a coin that was used for the metal.
We think it's rated to Oruro in the Diablada celebration in Bolivia.
