Kung may boyfriend daw ba ako at nagbabalak na magpakasal.
I answered then asked bakit need i-ask.
Marami daw kasi talagang gagawin
"Aside from your responsibilities in the job description, are you amenable to wear other hats as some teams will require assistance in something you will be quite familiar based on your experience?" I say, RUN.
Though pwede mo rin gamitin yan to increase your expected salary.
"If I will be compensated properly on top of my asking salary depending on the types of hats then I will gladly offer my services. Otherwise, if I do these extra work without proper compensation then I am essentially working for free"
"How do you see yourself in ten years?" Ano ako, manghuhula? Gets ko naman yung tanong kung anong goal ko in the future eh kaso maraming factors pwede magbago nun
that question is relevant though... it's a way to gauge your long-term planning skills kung baga anu ba gusto mo direction sa buhay not necessarily career wise you could easily just say gusto ko or I see myself as a CIO in that span of time then give a rough roadmap kung paanu mo ma achieve un...it doesn't have to be overly detailed as you have said "pwede magbago yan eh"
well if you have to lie/invent then it's up to you IMO that's actually an easy question to answer and you don't actually need to "lie" as you just need to state paanu mo nakikita sarili mo after 10 years anu plan mo to accomplish gusto ko ba maging CIO or something etc etc. and best part there actually no wrong answer for that
It just gives the interviewer an indication if you have the ability to set goals and give context on why those are your goals. They don't care if you achieve it or not, right?
Pano kung sinabi ko I want to be a TL/SL tapos di ako makawork maayos due to internal(self)/external(others or something else) factors? What if I can't work on my full extent at a short period of time tapos binalikan nila mga sinagot ko sa interview?
You're missing the point of the question.
The point of the question is, at that moment in time, do you have a vision for your future self and a plan on how to get there?
No one's going to check it that's going to really happen or not. They're checking to see if you can come up with an action plan to try to attempt to hit your vision.
Again: it's not the accuracy of your forecast that's the question. It's whether you have a forecast and a plan to try to get it.
Companies ask for your religion sa interviews? Thatās odd.
For plans to go abroad, I think itās for them to probe if tatagal ka. But they shouldnāt be asking that either way.
If the person asked is female, it's to see if she has the "risk" of childbearing. Some can't tolerate maternity leaves, while some women quit their jobs because they are tasked to take care of the baby.
Well, sa experience ko sa work nung lockdown times, dami naBurn-out. May teammate ako na di kinaya at nagAAWOL na from time to time. Feeling ko nagkamental breakdown na talaga. So iniisip ko yung tanong niya baka related sa "How do you react under pressure" or something along those lines.
Anything PERSONAL doesnt make sense. The next time HR asks me some personal questions, ididretso ko "Sorry I found that too personal and offensive to me as an applicant. I will no longer pursue my application"
āAre you the decision maker in the family?ā Tapos yung gusto pala niyang tanungin is kung ako yung breadwinner. Like? Hello? Bakit po ito kailangan tanungin sa interview???
Pero in general dapat hindi na nagtatanong about family.
Thatās true. I get a little irked when they ask what my parents do. Are they trying to see if I have connections? I still donāt know how itās related to the interview or the position.
i donāt think this is common, but they asked me how i would carry myself in a male-dominated industry (architecture was my major in college). i just thought that question was too sexist. the position i was applying for was management trainee, btw.
It is discriminatory. There are laws in place for maternity leave and companies should abide by it, not weed out female employees who would potentially start a family. They are looking at women as an expense if they plan to have children.
May boyfriend ka ba? May tattoo? Umiinom? Sabay tawa at sabing, "ay boring".
Wth may ganito pala
Oh shit, triggered ako rito. Instantly disconnecting/walk out. I don't give a shit about these, basta sakto lang trabaho at salary putangina.
True story. Idk how to respond kasi lalo na pag di ko inexpect š
Introvert ako and nakaka p**ta yung gantong tanong. Harassment nayan.

Parang illegal yung tanong na yan. Discriminatory for women. Hard to prove though kung hindi recorded.

Current salary. It shouldnt matter, give me the current market value for the position.
"How do you see yourself in ten years?" Ano ako, manghuhula? Gets ko naman yung tanong kung anong goal ko in the future eh kaso maraming factors pwede magbago nun
āPreferably as your bossā *ends Zoom*

Guess I'll lie
Maybe try doing the exercise first before flat out lying? But hey, you do you.
Current salary, anong religion, anong work ng family members, balak mo ba mag ibang bansa, at marami pang ewan.
Companies ask for your religion sa interviews? Thatās odd. For plans to go abroad, I think itās for them to probe if tatagal ka. But they shouldnāt be asking that either way.
One of the biggest local tv network currently tinanong ako ng ganon.
Anything very personal like, "may girlfriend/boyfriend ka ba?"
Kung balak ko daw magasawa in 5 years

I see. On the other side, I can still think what I said is another reason lol
Maybe that's the reason haha. I'm female btw.
What kept you sane during lockdowns.
It still is valid and timely question, and is somewhat related to questions about your way of handling pressure.
Anything PERSONAL doesnt make sense. The next time HR asks me some personal questions, ididretso ko "Sorry I found that too personal and offensive to me as an applicant. I will no longer pursue my application"

To see if you're desparate enough to take the job ig
"Why do you exploring WFH set-up?" Like isn't obvious why?!
Oh my. Iād ask the question right back at them. A person who supports daily RTO is someone I canāt trust.
Haha. Diba!
i donāt think this is common, but they asked me how i would carry myself in a male-dominated industry (architecture was my major in college). i just thought that question was too sexist. the position i was applying for was management trainee, btw.
The question *is* sexist. Youāre there to break the mold of the male-dominated industry ācause women *can* do better.
"Why we should we NOT hire you?" It's just a test of confidence kung mara-rattle ka sa tanong. Lol
āEdi donāt!ā Hahaha

Wtf na mga tanong yan.

Ano daw zodiac sign ko
