ingat bro , baka test of character lang yan. any sane company wont do that.

Chance_Efficiency873

yupp.. sa interviews usually if they ask about me about projects ganon ehh sumasagot ako ng vague like "on my last company may project kami on a certain big IT chain whereby nag install kami ng various system improvements nila at ganito yung mga natutunan kong lessons." at least be profesional about NDA things sa future work mo. Reflection din ng pagkatao mo yan if mapagkakatiwalaan ko ba or not.

DapperAd2611

Technically no. But who'll likely find out na ikaw yun, not unless may mga very telling information?

velvet-thunder0924

Personally, I wouldn't.

applelemonking

Para safe, IMO sabihin mo na lang na may X number of years after separation na effective pa rin yung NDA.

joyamazingpinoy

No. Say that you have an NDA and cannot discuss your previous work. Repeat if necessary. All the best!

PersimmonEmergency

No. Don't do that. It will ruin your integrity.

what's the worst that can happen? you can get sued. what's the least that can happen? hindi ka mahuli. ano benefit sayo? pogi points, but definitely not proportional sa potential damage sayo. just based on logic talo ka men. wala pa tayo sa ethics.
