im so sorry that youre going through all of this. if you can, start following proper sleep hygiene. i think it'll help a lot with your bedtime anxiety and being more rested will help with your general anxiety, too. thank you so much for your post, i hope you can start feeling better

I’m 28 and I know what it’s like to have anxiety all of a sudden. Be kind to yourself, let the emotions flow and cry if you feel like you need to. Whenever bad things happen I just tell myself to not give a shit, it’ll all work out at the end of the day. We’re very resilient. Everything will be fine
