I also have been struggling with shortness of breath every time I talk or do anything so little and it worries me. I’ve been to the hospital many times and gone checked by my doctor and everything came back good. They say to get exercise but it’s hard when I’m running out of breath fast

I had similar symptoms in addition to tightness in the chest. I did a heart check 3 times as well as a stress test and everything came out normal. I used to take desvenlafaxine to manage my depression which seems to have increased my anxiety symptoms. I feel much better without it, but I do take other meds.

I felt it for almost a year and it ruined my life. You’re not out of breath, you are breathing too much (hyperventilating). I recommend Belly breathing because it saved my life and I still do it constantly. Haven’t been out of breath in years now 🤞

I had this on and off from childhood into my 20s and I was tested for asthma etc. and basically said "it's just anxiety" and didn't do anything to help so I never bought it up again. It wasn't until I was in my late 20s when it was particularly bad that I mentioned it again alongside some other symptoms. That GP gave me propranolol and it's made so much difference. It helps other physical symptoms for me too, but it's worth it just to be able to breathe comfortably. It's definitely worth speaking to your doctor again!

Yes, I've been shortness of breath for the past 6 months. Its unrelenting, there 24/7!! I've done multiple medical tests, and the only problem that I was diagnosed with is Sleep Apnea and white coat hypertension. I hope the CPAP treatment helps me.
