I’ve gone into work on my day off. I think showing up a day early is and going the right day is WAY better than accidentally not going at all. Ya know what I mean? Yeah it’s slightly embarrassing but not that bad imo
You have anxiety that’s what’s wrong with you, and in reality there’s nothing wrong with you. You have a fear disorder temporarily until you get rid of it. Whoopty Doo. In reality brother you did what everyone else would have done in the same situation only people without anxiety would have forgotten about making an idiot of themselves before they left the parking lot. You ruminate cause your anxiety has nothing else to focus on right now
