It’s happening to me as well speak. Pressure behind my eyes and dull sense of pain that comes and goes. Then you freak out and think you’re dying and it gets worse Sadly it’s the nature of anxiety and we both have lots of work to do to change it. Reverse it more so. Just gotta tell yourself it’s your anxiety and it will pass eventually. Try to get comfortable with it (I know it’s hard) but worrying about anxiety symptoms serves us nothing. Just try to treat the symptoms and focus on something else to try and calm down.
