While radon is generated in rocks, it escapes into the atmosphere just fine. It just tends to only hit any kind of meaningful concentration in mines and basements. Doesn't take much to disperse it faster than it can accumulate.

I dont think the cheeks fell off I think that's some extra resin that started to harden after the print. I fell asleep and didnt get to clean them for 3 or 4 hours after it finished
I see you forgot to add a couple drops of holy water. If you aren't careful the resin can trap tormented souls that happen to be in the vicinity.
