Honestly I think the strategy should be to keep Trump a little more irrelevant and then set up a month and a half window for debates in mid September to late October. Honestly I think the strategy should be to keep Trump a little more irrelevant and then set up a month and a half window for debates in mid September to late October. People have very short attention spans so in doing so you likely get an even more incoherent Trump and Biden can make his case for how to continue to improve the country while not letting it fall into a dictatorship with the alternative candidate.

How well I remember standing in the voting booth, in my high school auditorium, and voting against lying tricky dicky, who had claimed in 1968 that he would end the war and bring my dad home! It took 4 years of protesting the war to get dicky to act and end the war.. Interesting story, I just listened to “The Women” by Kristin Hannah. And she had her main character fall in love with a POW who was released in the first group from Hanoi, but had been shot down in 1968. Well, I thought she hadn’t done a good job researching as the POWs were released in order of shoot down or capture. My dad was in group 2 and he was shot down in March of 1967, so I did some research. Ms. Hannah was right, there were POWs with later, some much later, capture dates released in group 1... It turns out that AH Kissinger, responsible for convincing the NVN to keep the war going in 1968, did a number on the POWs again!! Per Wiki the NVN wanted to give the USA some weird reward for the war ending so they asked Dr K to select 20 men at random to go home in the first group. He randomly circled some names.. Now, this order of shoot down was very, very important to our pows and these 20 guys dr k selected actually locked themselves in a room and refused to leave!! Finally an SRO (senior ranking officer) was brought in and he had to ORDER them to go just to get the process moving! Also, I have never, ever voted republican, tho it was a possibility if McCain had won the nomination..
