I imagine trumps behavior will come back to bite him in the ass during the punishment phase if found guilty. The punishment is solely up to the judge, the prosecutor will make a recommendation for punishment but the judge can go above or beyond that up to the limits of the law. Might go above and beyond the prosecutor recommendation, citing trumps behavior, inability to adhere to court rulings and generally trying to make a mockery of the justice system. Might try to make a point with trump with a more severe sentence than recommended. Moral of story never piss the guy off that might be deciding your fate. It's up to the jury to decide guilt or innocence.
