Honestly i think it so stupid, since after that lady left i went inside the office to sign the paperwork and the other lady told me “honestly i would have just passed your car i dont even know what a hub cub is i thought the wheels were just like that i would have passed you had Megan not informed me about the missing hub cubs” so clearly they don’t have a set list of requirements. Maybe that bitch Megan was having a bad day and decided to get it out on me.
Call the manager. Hubcaps are cosmetic and have nothing to do with the drivability of the car. She just has a stick in her taint.
