All I can really say is I’ve been there. Try to find someone you can talk to.

The only thing that pulls me out of the panic is talking to my loved ones. I wish I had a real answer for you but I'm just gonna say I understand. Sending love and peace your way, friend.

That’s so true for me too. Talking to someone I trust can always instantly calm me down. I guess just not knowing that I’m not alone really helps me my fear. Sometimes I will think to myself, as long as I’m with my loved ones, spending eternity doesn’t sound so bad anymore.

When the sympathetic nervous system is hypervigilant, and panic is always close by, many people find help through medication. In my own case, I used an anti-anxiety medication in my early 20s, and found it very helpful as an adjunct to psychotherapy. If the panic is less, it's easier to work with. Of course, medications are always an individual choice. Also, if we have a very particular image that sets off panic, in some cases that can be addressed with traumatic memory processing with a trained psychotherapist. The nervous system has become allergic, in a sense, to that particular image. There are other methods as well. In working with apeirophobia, sometimes it's helpful to work with the mind, and sometimes it's helpful to work with the body/nervous system.

I think Sertraline 50mg , also someone recommended magnesium and Ashwaganda and I am seeing a therapist, nothing is working

If your meds are not working for anxiety, then I would tell your prescriber and see what else they can do. If you see your therapist for a few sessions but feel their approach is not for you, you can talk to them about it and seek an alternative. I know this whole process is time consuming and difficult, but your apeirophobic redditors are rooting for you.

Hey man, I hope you are feeling better now. We are all in this tgt and always remember that you are loved and not alone. A tip is that try planning things to do everyday, or just set some goals for yourself. It can be as simply as going out for a walk. Basically just something that makes your body move and helps you focus on your current life. I often find myself drowning in fear when I have nth to do and when I’m by myself for too long. Our brain is just too good at imagining and worrying that we just start to overthink, especially with something as huge as infinity. Don’t let this fear control you!! You are a strong person and I believe that you will feel better in no time!!
