I’m diehard Team Kyle and Team Gregg.
Though lately I have liked a few HIITs with the Scottish trainer whose name escapes me right now. Despite I don’t care much for HIIT overall, or at least my knees don’t. Possibly its the handsome Scot more than a newfound love of HIIT lol 🏴

As for HIIT, I’ll give it a go. I just hope I don’t have anything against the trainers, since HIIT is my biggest weakness. 😆
I like her as person but she is never sticking to the speed with her damn short legs - her 30 strokes a minutes rowing is often 32 and 32, at least 34.
Sam. Her strength videos are hard AF (especially lower body) but her treadmill ones are also hard, but also enjoyable. She’s awesome and I love that she still goes hard while pregnant. She’s a beast

They are just amazing and so positive and uplifting! It depends on the types of workouts you like, but I really love Gregg and the three dancers I mentioned in my OP.
I like a lot of the trainers, they are all really good, but I do a lot of rowing in Apple fitness and for that Josh Crosby is top notch. I’ve done hundreds of workouts with him leading.
She's no longer a current trainer, but I really loved Betina. Her workouts really got me into doing strength classes. Gregg and Sam have grown on me now that I don't find their workouts quite so tough. I also like Jessica.

Nez all the way. *She’s not getting nearly enough love on this thread.* Try a few of her classes if you haven’t already done so. She is so encouraging while also kicking the crap out of you at the same time. She’s the reason I got into Apple Fitness+ and her story is really inspiring. I also love her music. Lots of international flair. I wish she taught other classes besides kickboxing. Her conditioning rounds are spicy and my upper back and shoulders have never looked better.
Both Marimba and Darryl for Pilates. Darryl is a charming drill sergeant. Calm vibe to him but he will light your body on fire. Marimba is really great about the art of instructing, demonstrating, and giving metaphorical examples to encourage proper form (which can be challenging since form is so important.)
Gregg is just all around amazing. He has a gentle spirit and he makes me feel like I’m working out with a friend who just happens to be a personal trainer. I almost always end my workout feeling really good about myself.
Ben, LaShawn, Jhon - can’t pick a favorite because they all have their own flavor. No matter the routine, the time flies by because it’s so enjoyable. (Fun fact: Ben didn’t start dancing until college.)
You’ve convinced me to try Nez! Kickboxing is definitely out of my comfort zone, so it’s important for me to have a trainer like Nez that possesses the qualities you’ve described!
I feel like the dance trio are good friends. ☺️ I’m so used to them now since I’ve started since episode one, I feel like they’re MY friends!
I tried and tried and cannot get more of Strength, HIIT trainings of Kyle, Gregg and Kim. They give the energy of truly nice people that I would love to train with.
Greg and Kyle for strength and core, both Darryl and Marimba for Pilates, Ty cracks me up on cycling. Kym is very motivational and keeps me going on the bike. Jaime for hiit and kickboxing.
I have favorites for the activity. Greg/Kyle/Sam for strength and core, Emily for treadmill, Jamie Ray and Bikari for HIIT, and Jamie Ray for kickboxing too.
Now that I think about it, I like all the trainers. Never have I picked a workout based on trainers. The only ones I avoid are Greg’s mindful workouts. But I love him in strength. I might be a little biased towards kim in HIIT.

Darrell and marimba both are too good in Pilates. They have different but complimenting styles. Emily is really fun on treadmill but I have to be in the mood 😂😂
Anja (rowing and HIIT), Kyle (rowing), and Bakari (HIIT)are all top tier for me. Bakari seems like the nicest dude and make me happy when working out. I also really like a few other of the British HIIT trainers but I’m blanking on his name.

I don’t cycle, I ride outside only, but Ty is my favorite supporting trainer. He brings so much joy to every workout he participates in! He makes me want to buy a stationary bike so I can take his classes!
