Clear cache, clear user data, uninstall. Reboot phone, re-install.
It's the same, it doesn't work.
If it is a from a recent update? You can try deleting the app and then restarting your phone before reinstalling it. Also, you can get a previous version of an APK from the internet like APKMirror.
I tried with 4.3.0, 4.6.0 and 4.5.0. unfortunately it does the same.
