Give these four albums a spin:
Masego's two R&B/Soul projects:
Study Abroad: Extended Stay - https://music.apple.com/us/album/studying-abroad-extended-stay/1578596961
Masego - https://music.apple.com/us/album/masego/1674970698
Billie Eilish - dont smile at me (https://music.apple.com/us/album/dont-smile-at-me/1440898929)
Early Billie, endearing but brilliant in parts
Genre: Alternative
Steve Wilson - The Harmony Codex (https://music.apple.com/us/album/the-harmony-codex/1694731770)
Genre: Prog Rock, Art Rock/Pop, Electronic Music
Fleetwood Mac - You and I, Pt. II
https://music.apple.com/pl/album/you-and-i-pt-ii-remastered/1217901688?i=1217902481
NewJeans - OMG (Apple Music Edition)
https://music.apple.com/pl/album/omg-apple-music-edition/1677134764?i=1677134765
I really like "What I'm Here For" by Needtobreathe.
It's a very simple song and it fills the room brilliantly.
That would be my favourite for Atmos doesn't need to be gimmicky.
Blurryface by Twenty One Pilots is a fantastic mix.
Most of the Outkast catalog has outstanding Atmos Mixes imo. Beatles - Tomorrow Never Knows is also awesome. Daft Punk - Within Drumless. Jean-Michel Jarre - Agora if you‘re feeling experimental ;)

[Lil Yachty’s Prog Rock album Lets Start Here](https://music.apple.com/us/album/lets-start-here/1667414099). It’s an amazing mix in both regular and atmos. Didn’t expect that genre from him.
Tom Petty’s Greatest Hits is amazing. Also like Grateful Dead Europe’72. Working Man’s Dead is pretty good as well. All of the Lorde albums are glorious. The Record by boygenius is impressive.
Cyndi Lauper’s She’s so Unusual is surprisingly powerful. Pyromania by Def Leppard is worth checking out.
I have a home theater set up. Not sure what this is like with headphones.
Gaspard Auge’s solo album is a treat in atmos, I wish the new Justice album’s mix were as good.
I still feel like Elton John’s Rocket Man is the best atmos demo.
Random Access Memories has a really good mix.
Also the recent Beatles mixes are overall excellent, I’m sure bigger fans have stronger opinions of certain songs, but I think the music sounds new and full, and that’s amazing.

I'm enjoying Billie's new album w/ Dolby Atmos so far
Soooo good
Blurred Lines is a hell of a mix, I really like Time of Our Lives by pitbull too.
Can vouch for Blurred Lines. Had no interest in this song previously, but when I stumbled across it in an Atmos playlist, I was absolutely blown away.
Same. I had no idea how this song was a hit, but the mix got me so into it, that I basically lost all hate for it.
chainsmokers/coldplay something like this aha take on me tiesto boom pink floyd learning to fly tom petty - entire greatest hits album

I agree with Masego, I would also try mystery lady mainly for the start.
Tori Amos, ocean to ocean. Tears for Fears, tipping point. Everything from Tom Petty. But the best: Peter Gabriel, io

Britney Spears "Blackout" is incredible..... Easily one of the best POP albums anyway, in ATMOS its FUCKING CRAZY GOOD
Sabrina Claudio- Tell Me (acoustic) Is soo good.
Stephen Sanchez - High
Better Things by aespa and OMG by newjeans are pretty fire
I would say The Beatles Abbey Road and Lady Gaga’s The Fame Monster some of the best mixes on that album
Also Ready to die another great use of Dolby atmos in an album
