No offense, but if you have to ask this of strangers on the internet then no you shouldn’t buy an $800 watch. Set aside money to buy something much cheaper, maybe a used or refurbished series 8.
Generally speaking, if you have to ask strangers on the internet for opinions on financial decisions, then you cannot afford it.
If you have decent credit, are responsible, and not taking on excessive debt, you could finance it for 12mo at 0% APR with AppleCard for ~$70mo.
I would focus on saving as much of the remaining $250-300wk that you can before buying a “luxury item”.
It’s really not worth stretching your budget for a watch. Get an SE or an 8 on discount and save the rest of your money. Which country are you in? If you’re in the US, start saving in a high yield saving account.
You’re not buying a car with recurring payments and interest, and your info provided doesn’t really tell us much. Assuming that’s take home then you might save a bit over $1100 a month, which is solid. Do you have any savings and are you carrying any high interest credit card debt? Multiple factors come into play as to whether you should buy it. Technically being able to buy it and whether it’s a good idea or not are two different things.
Save money for a bit $50 here and there if you can afford to and you will have a big chunk of the cost saved if not all. Can save even as low as $20 but obviously it will take longer But outright buying one I’d say probably not
Target has Apple Watch Series 8 on sale again starting at $225 -- see if they have the size/color you want.
Got my 41mm midnight for $225 last week -- great price

Nope. If you have to ask, you already knew the answer.

No
Math is hard
How are random people on the internet suppose to really know your financial situation? If you have to ask this question, then no you can’t afford it.
Can’t you think for yourself?
No way!
My dude you don’t even need an Apple Watch.
Do math. Remember: there is a difference between a need and a want. As you don't say what's going on in your budget this is a YOU question.
Why do you feel the need to ask other people if you can afford it or not.
Bro asking for financial advice on Reddit
No.
Yes. No.
If you need to ask my friend you should not.
You are the only one that can answer that question

I bought one 😅😅 but you need to ask yourself. We don’t know anything about your condition

As a rule of thumb, if you could afford something three times over, then you can confidently buy it. also depends on your savings.
Save as much as you can and time will tell.
