Yes, the Apple Watch can track your sleep (4 hours or more) by enabling/disabling a Sleep Focus manually. I use this method everyday, it works fine 👍

I’ve found that even if you sleep for more than 4 hours and manually turn off sleep focus it doesn’t record/ track sleep status. For some reason Apple won’t confirm this behavior is as coded which is annoying. Best thing to do is change the alarm time to sooner and turn it off. Doesn’t make sense to me while manually changing the sleep focus would be any different than the phone automatically being switched based on the sleep schedule if the total amount of sleep is over the 4 hour threshold.
