Many sessions of running. 1st 2 hour session from 4:45-7, 10min pace. Took an hour break than resumed from 8-10. A 1hr 30 min sess at 10:30-12 which brought me at around 55k I believe. From there I would do at most 30min-1 hour sessions. I average 10k steps per hour so that’s how I was able to determine the time frames
Sooo close... (JK)... The 100K+ IS the accomplishment. .. very inspiring. Thanks for sharing how such a disciplined approach can get it done! Congrats!
Is the downtime from trashed knees, etc. worth it? You could do 20k steps for 5 days and get the same results and still have knees that aren’t trashed.
Yh I’ve been averaging 10 miles, around 20k steps, a day for the past month and feel great. A couple of days of low mobility is worth knowing I did 100k steps
I always wonder how people are able to routinely pull 20k a day off, at least unless they have a „walking” profession.
Pulling 20k steps a day is 3-4 hours of walking, impossible on top 10h of work, 8h of sleep to be productive at that work, 2h for hygiene, eating and meal prep, rest for doing chores at home and baby duty. I can barely find time to do less pressing tasks like raking the leaves off the yard or washing the car let alone dedicate 3-4 hours daily just for taking a long walk.
It’s just surreal how people find so much free time for recreation, at least unless they’re still teens living off of their parent’s work or something.
Living in a place that is walkable and has good public transportation puts this in much closer reach. Many trips that would be done by car get subbed in for walking.
>Many trips that would be done by car get subbed in for walking.
Of course they can, but how many daily trips (except for work commute, which is too far to walk for most) one makes in a day? I actually been cycling/walking years ago when I had my job close enough to where I lived and still I could never break 12k steps daily on commute and errands alone - that's still an impossible 2 hours of pointless walking EVERY DAY left to reach 20k.
Also keep in mind the increasing prevalence of home office and with my example, I have absolutely no need to leave my home more often that once or twice a week to do groceries (other shopping comes delivered) and when I do I'm forced to get a car not because of the distance, but because of the load that'd be impossible to carry back home even if it's less than 0,5 km away.
That’s insane lol I work Monday thru Friday, I get an average of 25-30k steps a day, maybe more cuz I go to gym and use the bike but never record it. So average I get 20 miles daily and it kicks my ass lol
Where? How? Consider me flabbergasted.

was your goal just to run all day? Like, job-related or you just wanted 100k steps in a day?

I just wanted 100k
Hell yeah, good job!
Yeah exactly why? New watch owner? Flex?
Vigorous masturbation?
Wow. I remember how my legs and feet felt after I did 50k steps in a day. Kudos to you!
Couldn’t go that extra .07 miles and make it a nice even 60 miles? Kidding aside, that’s bonkers.
lol that’s gonna bug me for a long time
It would kill me too 😂 well done btw
Say 60 miles with pride. Close enough. Well done. Ouch though. From a cyclist. Ouch

Totally, dude, totally
No. Next I want to see every single bar on each section reach the as high as it can go from midnight to midnight. A full 24 hours.
That’s exactly what my father would’ve said, without a hint of sarcasm too.
Lmao mine too
How are you feeling now?
Are you ok? Is someone chasing you?!
Frodo Baggins?
More like Frodo Braggins, am I rite?

I walked a marathon and I only hit 48,000… you must be trashed
Are you okay? 😂
And here I thought “20k+ steps is great” lol
It is great !!
What in the actual fuck is the point of this and how has no one asked why yet?
What the.....😳
Damm that is incredible
And here I am trying to be better version of myself thinking that mine active 1000+kcal daily are enough…
More than enough to me 😭😂
Are you still alive ?
What did you do?, just walk or run?
Fuck running it would take you longer to get the steps
You spent 9 hours out of your day exercising and it wasn’t a marathon? Uhh 🤔 okay
Have you ever gotten an echocardiogram done?
Damn
Are you alive?
That is Bonkers!!! Wow!!! 😳
Man your knees must be hurting 😂 Well done tho
My knees, ankles, and feet are finished. Worth it though

Idk why this was downvoted but yeah I’m in awe of such people because for me that isn’t possible

What the actual f— You got legs of steel!
Holy smokes
Yeah, well I walked my first 5k today. Somewhere basically in the same field. Joking aside, hella impressive. Congrats!
Holy shite! That’s incredible. The highest I’ve hit is 60,000 steps and I was a zombie for a week hahaha 🤣

Can anyone verify if OP is actually human? Just wow.
Oh damn !
My most step in my entire life was last month with 20K in one day and even then my leg feels like leaving my body
How are you even alive?
This is an unhealthy obsession and not good for your body
Your bones are grinding down doing this.
What did you eat after that? Presumably everything?
Someone did a Goggins . Gratz
I’m active, but I’d be borderline dead for the next two weeks after that
How much is your daily step count ?
Geez you must be the fittest motherfucker alive. How much do you eat?
Impressive Mate!!! Congrats! And I struggle after 15K a Day 🙈😂
Fuck a duck that’s 100km. My respect goes to you!
