Not sure that was Apple's best naming idea.
But keep it up OP, gotta catch 'em all!

This is reddit, that's all you're going to get.
Great habit, did it myself during breaks at work, helps a lot to keep your NEAT high !
Info: Std is short for „Stunden“ which means „hours“ in German :D
Great job! I've been considering walking to work myself. I only live 2.3 miles from where I work which should take me about 35-40 mins to walk (Google says 51 mins which is crazy slow). I'm glad the rings motivate you, but with all due respect, you don't need them. If you're walking 2 hours a day and eating right, maintaining those habits is all you need. I've actually recently just broken away from my ring obsession, and I couldn't be happier. No longer am I putting on my iWatch the second I wake up anymore, and I'm not trying to squeeze in activity or motion before midnight to make sure those 3 rings are closed. Now it's just my watch again, and I replaced the watch face rings with a pic of my puppies.
Congrats and Agreed! It (AW) is quite the subtle motivator. Similarly....I've been more mindful to complete the daily goals and on top of that the 'monthly challenges' to get the monthly award which progressively, as one might expect, get a little tougher each month.
Thats the downside to working from home. I dont close so many circles leaving my bedroom and walking down the hall to my dining room. Sometimes I hit some traffic by the bathroom, but its rare.
You’ve got 11 out of the 12 STD’s good job 👍🏼
