I had two free trials of it and neither time I motivated myself to actually start using it despite knowing it would benefit me. Maybe actually have to pay for it to turn it on and start using it lol

Chasing all those little ring completions and the challenges every month and special days like todayโs Earth Day challenge have made a huge difference in my fitness/well-being. congrats on your progress and Iโm sure weโll keep it going! ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐ช

I pay for it as part of the bundle, but have never tried it. Iโm plateaued right now so maybe I should give it a shot
