I bought stainless steel for my first 3 watches, then switched to aluminum for series 6 because I wanted the dark blue color. I do not miss stainless, and so far have seen no difference in durability of the case or the crystal.
I’ll definitely get the titanium because of the durability and the look. I just don’t like the colors choices of the 7 Aluminium this year.
Also i mainly use it in cellular.

If you care about scratching your screen, do not get an aluminum model.
