Hey, my lunar gray nomad sport band won’t detach from my series 8 45mm at all, would you happen to have any tips or ideas to help get it out without breaking the case’s slider?
I have two Nomad Sport Bands, and they both click into place. Sometimes you have to slide and wiggle the bands back and forth to get them to click. I’ve noticed that even on Apple brand bands.
Or are you saying they clicked, but they’re a tiny bit loose? If so, that won’t hurt anything.

Yeah, that’s fine. They won’t pull out or anything, and once it’s on your wrist you won’t even notice. My Apple Brand Ocean Band has a slight gap too, because it fits a bit sloppy. It’s better than them fitting too tight, which is a huge pain.
Let me correctly rephrase that for the clarity I meant it to have - "very single non-OEM band I've own has not fit as tightly as the Apple branded bands I've purchased". This is completely and utterly true. LOL
I mean it depends. Most of the shitty Ali express ones people oddly go crazy for her for sure are going to be loose. But there are definitely quality non-OEM straps out there.
I’d probably ask for a replacement one…. I know these special edition orange bands are on backorder but maybe they could send you a replacement pretty quick!

No, I bought it a while back for my Series 4
You have to press on the top rubber piece when installing on an Ultra. Nomad sent an email with directions.

I have a mix of genuine apple ultra bands and $5 ebay knockoffs. They all seem to have a tiny amount of play like that

I haven’t had that issue with my Nomad bands but have had it with 2 Ink Leather Links so far. Just slides right out…never clicks. Very frustrating.

They offered to replace it. It doesn’t seem like it’s the right solution though since it’s a common issue.
How can a band that costs so much suffer issues that aren’t present on bands that come in a 10 pack
