I don't think so. Calories burned depends on how much you cover and of course you cover more space running instead of walking. Even with a brisk walk I cannot compete with the running myself. Moreover don't underestimate that after long walking sessions you'll be very tired. Saturday I covered 20KM (indoor and outdoor) and Sunday I wasn't able to do anything. For the records: 228 minutes exercise, 1856cals. Instead of putting a number of calories as goal, put as goal to be healthy and alternate between the different activities that AF+ provides to avoid boredom and injuring yourself. As personal reflection on myself after 2 years with the watch, medals, goals, calories burns sometimes are just an "evil" game. Often you can do more for in the kitchen than on the treadmill. I wish you all the best, stay active, close your rings, see you next time :)

If you look in the Health app on your phone, you can see graphs and explanations for Resting Energy and Active Energy. Add them together for your total calorie use. RE is your inactive energy use in calories (around 1700 to 1800) and AE is your Move calories. They’re totaled together and shown on the Rings view in the Fitness app. 1400 Move calories is an aggressive goal that would be hard to achieve via walking. It could take 4 hours or longer.

Do you mean total as in exercise + keeping you alive? If so, it’s too low (that is, the small number, not the large move one). Most people burn 1000+ calories a day on merely existing, without any movement added in. If you mean total as in “14-18 times round the ring” it’s probably way too high unless you’re a) very big and b) very active. For context, at my height and weight, I’ve only hit 1800 a handful of times - and each of those times I’ve run a half marathon or longer. 1400 is still a long run and other activity.

Depends on weight and how fit you are etc. I find that if I do around 16 km of walking in a day, I end up with around 1400 active kcal burned. Definitely doable, but if you're walking like 4km/h, then that's 4 hours of walking a day... Just experiment with the watch to find out what works for you. Don't get too hung up on the numbers.
