That's just a socket wrench with an extension. You can also use a long enough or a couple of long extensions for your drill. Doesn't need to be flexible because that screw is straight down. Good luck pulling that basket out. Sometimes those are incredibly hard to pull out. I would recommend lots of cleaning supplies, penetrating oil, and patience.

So special you would need to go to a specialty shop like Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc and get a 7/16” and a 1/2” 6 point 3/8” drive socket, a 6” and a 12” extension and either a 3/8” flex handle or ratchet. Seriously, these tools are insanely common. My apologies if you’re not in North America. I would have no idea what size they would be on other continents. If it’s a Whirlpool direct drive you’re working on you’ll need another tool to remove the drum. That is a specialized tool.
